Texans Resign Zgoina, Place Three on PUP List
July 30th, 2009 | by Mike Kerns |During todays news conference with Texans head coach Gary Kubiak, it was made known that Travis Johnson, Antwaun Molden & Anthony Hill were all being placed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list as soon as camp starts tomorrow.
It has also been learned (Per John McLane at Chron.com) that the team has decided to resign DT Jeff Zgoina. One has to wonder what this means for Travis Johnson. With Zgoina being 39 headed into camp, it probably doesn’t mean much. Just wishful thinking on my part…
